Team

Keith Cullen – Managing Director

Keith Cullen is chief executive officer of the various entities and related bodies corporate that operate under the Spring Financial Group banner, and the managing director of the Group’s parent entity WT Financial Group Limited (ASX: WTL). He has extensive experience as a corporate executive, general manager and sales & marketing director in financial services, gaming & wagering and media. He also has considerable experience in capital and debt markets and in mergers and acquisitions.

He was a founding director and shareholder of eBet Limited (managing director, 1994-2004), (later known as Intecq Limited) an ASX-listed technology and gaming company with operations and offices in Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, and throughout Asia that was acquired by Tabcorp Limited in 2016.

Keith previously held senior management positions with Australian Radio Network and Wesgo Communications.

Jack Standing – National Head – Advice Team

Jack Standing is the National Head of the Advice Team for SFG Private Wealth. His primary responsibilities cover advice and strategy development, adviser training and education as well as being a ‘responsible manager’ of the Group’s Wealth Today PTY Ltd AFSL.

Since joining the Group in 2013, Jack has held a number of key roles that include Manager of the NSW advice team and Head of the Medical Professionals Specialist division with SFG Private Wealth. Having devoted close to a decade towards education and study in the areas of finance and economics, Jack has developed a sound technical understanding and extensive knowledge of financial markets and investments (in both property and equities).

He holds a Bachelor of Economics (Finance & Economics), an Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning and is an accredited Self-Managed Superannuation Fund specialist. Jack has an in-depth understanding of a very broad range of investments and strategies across all major asset classes, a broad knowledge base in strategy development, investment advice, retirement planning and superannuation focused on helping clients achieve their lifestyle and financial goals.

Tim Suter – Head of Digital

Tim Suter is the Head of Digital strategy and operations for the Group.

Tim is responsible for developing and executing digital content and marketing strategies across the group including direct-to-consumer marketing, and content and marketing for the group’s publishing initiatives.

Tim holds a bachelor’s degree from the Australian Catholic University and has over 15 years expertise and experience in delivering end-to-end digital products and scaling and amplifying their success.

Tim was the Founder and Managing Director of Digifi Group which was acquired by Spring Financial Group in May 2015. Prior to Digifi he was the Managing Director of The Financial Arena which held an exclusive license with Southern Cross Equities to service, commercialise and distribute the firms’ research and highly influential equity market commentary to institutional and retail market participants. The digital platform, client base and license was integrated into Bell Financial Group as part of its acquisition of Southern Cross Equities in 2011.

Chris Kelesis – Non-Executive Director

Chris Kelesis is a foundation shareholder and director of Spring Financial Group parent entity WT Financial Group Limited (ASX: WTL) and its subsidiary companies and licensee-in-charge of Spring FG Realty Pty Ltd. As licensee of Spring FG Realty Pty Ltd, Chris heads the investment property analyst team, and is responsible for overseeing investment property contract, settlement and asset agreement processes for the SRPI Fund and assisting in the ongoing management of its property assets.

Chris is a licensed real estate agent (NSW, Queensland, Victoria and ACT) and a member of REI NSW and UDIA (Qld).

Chris is also an accomplished equities trader and technical analyst with more than 10 years’ experience as a private and wholesale client adviser in roles with Spring Equities, Ark Equities and the Rivkin Group.

Kevin McCrohan – Head of Finance

Kevin is the Head of Finance for Spring Financial Group.

Kevin is the responsible manager for the Australian Credit Licence held by Spring Financial Group and oversees all of the operational aspects of Spring FG Finance, including sourcing funding for property finance. Prior to this, Kevin was finance manager with the Prime Advisory Group, and prior to that was responsible for equipment, agricultural and commercial finance for the Alto Group in Sydney.

His expertise is to provide tailored finance for the individual needs for all SFG Private Wealth clients. Kevin has a Bachelors in Communications as well as a Diploma in Finance (mortgage broking).

Tony (Antonio) Pelosi – Senior Advisor, Head – Workplace Education Services, Strategy Management Team

Tony is a Senior Client Adviser and the Head of Workplace Education Services at SFG Private Wealth. Having worked with the company for the better half of a decade, his ability to keep up with the most cutting-edge investments and strategies in the rapidly changing financial services sector is second to none. As such, he works closely with the strategy management team to provide ongoing advice to a segment of our clients.

He’s also found considerable success in his role as Head of Workplace Education Services where he is focused on providing tailored solutions to large corporates and SMEs that are designed to improve the financial well-being of their employees. This service has proven invaluable to the businesses that have engaged it and boosted workplace productivity considerably.

Tony holds a Diploma of Financial Services (DipFS) and an Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning (AdvDipFP). He is one of the Responsible Managers on the company’s Australian Financial Services Licence for Wealth Today and is also a member of the group’s compliance committee.

Sunny Kang – Manager – Tax & Business Services

Sunny is the Manager of Spring FG Accounting Pty Ltd. Her primary responsibilities are delivery of accounting and taxation services including tax planning and structuring, the management of tax compliance, cashflow reporting and ASIC compliance for the group’s clients.

Sunny is a professional accountant with more than 10 years’ experience in business services, tax planning & advice and tax compliance work focusing on SMSF, small-to-medium sized businesses and high net worth individuals and families. Prior to joining Spring, she was a Senior Accountant specialising in servicing clients in the medical profession where she acquired extensive experience in high net worth individuals’ tax planning and structuring.

She holds a Masters of Taxation, a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting (Honors), and a Diploma of Financial Planning. She is a Chartered Accountants ANZ (CA), Certified Practising Accountant (CPA), a Registered Tax Agent, and a SMSF Auditor.

Michael Pelosi – Senior Client Adviser, National Head – Strategy Management

Michael is a Senior Client Adviser and the National Head of Strategy Management at SFG Private Wealth. Having worked continuously with Spring for almost a decade, he’s amassed a wealth of knowledge and lived experience in property, equity and fixed interest investments. His appointment to lead the Strategy Management team reflects his sharp acumen in all these areas of investment and his passion for achieving positive outcomes for our clients.

In addition to his overarching role as Head of Strategy Management, he also provides ongoing personal advice to various segments of our clients, with a focus on ensuring that they are maximising their financial wellbeing beyond traditional investments – such as in the areas of estate planning and insurance.
