SRP Impact Fund: Investing with Impact and a targeted 8.25%pa* distribution rate

The Specialist Residential Property Impact Fund (Fund) has been created to provide institutional and wholesale investors the opportunity to participate in an emerging market of disability housing created by the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), to help deliver vitally important social outcomes for people with disabilities and their families and carers. The objective of the Fund is to provide regular income distributions at a targeted rate of 8.25%* p.a. and to protect and grow its capital.

This seminar has been designed for anyone considering an investment. In the seminar, we will explain the chronic supply shortage the Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) scheme seeks to address. We will look at the Fund design and investment strategy, including the minimum investment, target distribution rate, and fee structure. In addition, we will outline the potential pitfalls and risks associated with making an investment.

In this seminar you will learn:

  1. What are the objectives of the SDA scheme and what are the vital social outcomes it seeks to achieve
  2. What is impact investing
  3. How the Fund is designed and its target market
  4. Who can invest and how might an investment be achieved
  5. The maths behind regular income distributions at a targeted rate of 8.25%*
  6. The risks and pitfalls associated with investing
