Making high returns with low risk from cash-like assets

Christopher Joye’s fierce intellect has seen him named by Bulletin magazine as one of Australia’s ‘œ10 Smartest CEOs’ and by BRW Magazine as one of ‘œAustralia’s Top 10 Innovators’.

In this video, Christopher shares his unique opportunities to exploit pricing inefficiencies in the Australian cash and fixed-interest markets and uncover how you can make high returns with low-risk cash-like assets.

About the presenter:

Prior to SMI, Christopher worked in mergers and acquisitions with Goldman Sachs, and the Reserve Bank of Australia working on special projects. Christopher’s fierce intellect has earned him numerous accolades and seen him invited by the Rockefeller and MacArthur Foundations to advise the Obama Administration on the US housing crisis.

In 2008, the Australian Government invested $20 billion behind a policy proposal developed by Christopher to provide liquidity to the Australian securitisation market to mitigate the effects of the global financial crisis.

In 2015 Christopher was selected as a finalist for the Lowy Institute’s annual media award for his AFR articles on global intelligence matters. This year SMI was nominated as a finalist for the 2016 Money Management/Lonsec ‘Emerging Fund Manager of the Year’ award.
