Spring Financial Group Companies

Spring Financial Group Pty Ltd
Spring Financial Group Pty Ltd (Spring FG) is the main entity of the group. It holds the primary Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL 391655) that authorises financial advice and dealing activities of the group and it houses all group administration, compliance, recruitment & training, marketing, and corporate activities.

Spring Financial Planning Network
The Spring Financial Planning Network includes Spring FG’s financial planning offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane and delivers financial planning advice and solutions to clients across a broad range of services including direct and superannuation investments; insurance; finance; and property.

The network includes corporate authorised representatives of Spring Financial Group Pty Ltd that operate under their own brand name. These include Oxbrey Financial group and Murphy Dawson Partners.

Spring Equities Pty Ltd
Spring Equities Pty Ltd (Spring Equities) holds an AFSL to provide advice and deal in Australian and international equities (AFSL 391657). The role of Spring Equities within Spring FG is to provide equities execution services for clients of the Spring Financial Planning Network.  

Spring FG Realty Pty Ltd
Spring FG Realty Pty Ltd (Spring FG Realty) is a NSW-licensed real estate company. Its role in Spring FG is to source investment-grade residential property solutions for clients of the Spring Financial Planning Network that fit with the clients’ overall financial plans.

Spring Finance
The role of Spring Finance within Spring FG is to source the most suitable and competitive finance solutions for clients of the Spring Financial Planning Network whether for the funding of personal lifestyle or investments assets.
